It’s been a rough few weeks for us to say the least. Between coming off the IVF hormones (more about my infertility here), having long work days thanks to flu season, and trying to do it all as a mom and wife, I finally hit serious burn out. I’ve been taking small steps to try and re-cooperate by setting aside time for myself and not saying “yes” to every activity E and I are invited too. It seems to be helping, thank goodness.
I’ve also decided to take an extended break from trying to get pregnant, so there won’t be any IVF up-dates for the next several months. However, upon popular request, I will be starting a “stay fit” series in the next few months. It will be a lot of fun and focused on fitting in work-outs and lifestyle changes with the demanding job of being a mom. I can’t wait to get it started!
