I wanted to create the Fit Pregnancy Guide after getting so many questions about how I was staying fit despite being pregnant with twins. When I went to the internet looking for a good guide to send my friends and blog followers to, I couldn’t find one I liked. All of the information I found was either over-whelming with way too much information (enter the 100 page monthly magazine) or designed for the marathon moms (40 squats a day, no way!). That’s when I realized that when it comes to staying fit during pregnancy there really isn’t a good, easy to follow course designed for the average woman.
I decided to fill that gap in hopes of helping other pregnant mamas out there. For months I wrote down exactly what I was eating, studied and recorded my workouts, and then created an easy to follow meal plan and workout plan that’s perfect for the average woman. Thus, my Fit Pregnancy Guide was created.
A few of my friends begged me for the guide when they heard I was making, which was meant as a guide primarily for me and the occasional pregnant friend. After getting great feedback from my friends who used my Fit Pregnancy Guide I decided to make it available to everyone!
